The Chalet
This semi-attached mountain ski chalet is situated in a beautiful, tranquil location, with views of the slopes, and a mere one minute walk to the free shuttle bus-stop which bus goes every half hour to the centre of town & ski lifts.
The chalet is built in a traditional style and has recently been completely upgraded. The chalet consists of two independent parts; ‘Apartment I’ measures around 100 m², spread out over two levels. ‘Apartment II’ on the bottom level is approximately 45 m².
Apartment 1 (max. 8 pers.)
On the ground floor in ‘Apartment I’ you will find a lounge with large sofa, a TV and open fire place, leading into the dining area, with table and chairs to sit 10. The kitchen has a 4 hob stove with an oven/grill, extractor fan, fridge and a 2 bowl sink.
Two bedrooms are situated on this level; one to sleep two people (double bed) and one for three (singles including one bunk-bed). There is also a good size shower room with a walk-in shower, a sink and a separate WC. Stairs in the lounge lead to a mezzanine used as playing area for children and one spare single bed, a large bedroom to sleep four (one double & two singles) and a fully equipped bathroom with a bath.
Apartment 2 (max. 6 pers.)
‘Apartment II’ is a completely renovated modern apartment comprising a lounge area with a comfortable sofa-bed (potentially sleeping two), a TV and stereo-system, dining area with table to sit 6 and open kitchen with an oven/grill, fridge, dishwasher and a 1 bowl sink.
The bedroom is situated in the back of the apartment and has a bed to sleep one or two people (double bed extractable) and a bunk-bed to sleep two. The over-sized shower room has a walk-in shower, a sink and a WC.
Exterior
The front of the chalet is perfect to enjoy the morning sun while sipping a coffee with freshly baked croissants (from the bakery only 500 metres away) and watching the world go by.
To the side and back there is a sunny private garden, off street parking for 3 cars and access to the garage (used for both apartments as shared ski equipment room in the winter and garden furniture/BBQ equipment storage in summer).
