The property is available for rent on a self-catering basis, without linen. As this property is privately owned, clients are requested to ensure the property is left in a clean state on departure. Animals are not permitted in the property and smoking inside is not allowed.
Stag parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in this establishment. Guests must avoid making noise between 23:00 and 06:00.

Baby/child equipment is available free of charge through the owners; baby bed (120x60), high chair, plastic plates, etc.
Wireless Internet is in principle available free of charge in both apartments (owner can not be held responsable if the internet is down).​
Payment conditions
The rental period is per week, from Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to book a different period or want to book the two apartments at the same time, please inquire with the owners. In case the week you are looking for is already booked, please make an inquiry as cancellations may occur.
The reservation is confirmed when a down payment of 20% of the rent - and the signed contract have been received by the owners. The remaining 80% is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. If this payment is not received on time, the owners reserve the right to rent the house to another party and keep the 20% down payment.
A deposit of 10% (min 100 €) of the rental price will be taken at the handover of the keys. There are no additional costs and this is why we ask you to leave the property clean for next guests. The agent or owner will check on departure if the property is left in a clean state, in which case the deposit is released.
